Make a meme, GIF or sticker in your browser.
Cut a piece out of any picture with a magic lasso that snaps to the edges, then export it at the exact size and file limit Telegram and Discord will actually accept. No account, no upload, no install.
Free, and it opens straight into a blank document. Built for a desktop Chrome or Edge — the mobile layout isn’t there yet.
What it does
Cut
Two lassos. The magic one snaps to edges as you trace; the manual one takes a click per corner. A cut takes the piece out — it lands on its own layer and leaves a hole in the one it came from, because that is what cutting something out means. Undo puts it back.
Layer and animate
Import a PNG, JPEG, WebP or animated GIF, by button, drag-and-drop or paste. Move, resize, flip, erase, reorder, group. Animated sources keep every frame, and the filmstrip lets you choose which ones ship.
Export
Pick a preset and it does the arithmetic: pads to the exact size rather than cropping your art, re-times an animation that runs over the limit so the whole thing still plays, re-encodes until the file fits, and tells you what it did.
The presets
| Preset | Format | Size | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Telegram sticker — moving | WebM / VP9 | 512 × 512 | 256 KB · ≤3s · 30fps |
| Telegram sticker — still | WebP | 512 × 512 | — |
| Telegram emoji — moving | WebM / VP9 | 100 × 100 | 256 KB · ≤3s |
| Discord sticker — animated | APNG | 320 × 320 | 512 KB |
| Discord sticker — still | PNG | 320 × 320 | 512 KB |
| Discord emoji — moving | GIF | 128 × 128 | 256 KB |
| Full size | PNG, animated GIF, or a PNG per frame | the document’s own | — |
Sizes are padded, never cropped. A file that lands over budget still saves, with the overage stated.
Worth knowing first
- A moving Telegram sticker has no transparency. Chrome decodes video with an alpha channel and cannot encode one. The export says so in its result line instead of letting you discover it on Telegram.
- Discord animates emoji with GIF and stickers with APNG, and each refuses the other’s format. The presets above already pick the right one.
- Your work is saved in this browser only. It comes back after a refresh, but clearing site data or a private window removes it. That is recovery, not a backup.
- Nothing is uploaded unless you publish it. Importing, cutting and exporting all happen on your own machine. Publishing to the gallery is a separate, deliberate step, one item at a time.
